Please note that we need all the requested information as listed below. If all information is not submitted as requested, the warranty claim WILL NOT be reviewed. We suggest reviewing the information below again and, if you HAVE NOT submitted all items, you will need to re-submit your claim with all the necessary information.

ITEMS NEEDED TO SUBMIT YOUR CLAIM:

All fields in the contact information
A description of the issue you are having
Where you purchased the product
Name of the product and the color

PLEASE NOTE YOU MUST SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING CLEAR IMAGES FOR A CLAIM TO BE REVIEWED:

Images MUST include the affected area(s) of the product.
Image or images of the entire product to get a visual of the entire item. These images will be used to determine the use and treatment of the bag. We suggest images of the outside of the bag where the issue may be occurring.
The white serial number located on the interior of the bag. It is sewn into a seam on the inside.
Image of the Sales Receipt.

Failure to provide these images will void your warranty.

If all the information is provided, our team will review your claim within the next 10 business days. Claims are reviewed once a week.

Please note we do not request you to send your item back to our claims department like many of our competitors, but we do need good images to review the product as thoroughly as possible. Rest assured, we will be back in touch with you once the claim has been reviewed.

IMPORTANT:

All warranty claims are handled by the Warranty Department. Our service teams only have limited access to the warranty claims and are not trained to handle these claims. Any communication via our service team, live chats, and other communication channels are not valid and will not impact the decisions made by the Warranty Department. All warranty communication is handled via email at warranty@no-errors.com.
Warranties submitted from purchases made via third-party retailers will also be handled via our Warranty Department. Information provided by third-party retailers will have no weight in the decision process of your claim. All third-party retailers are instructed to inform users to follow the same procedures as items purchased via no-errors.com.
