Custom Goods and Final Sale Policy

All customized goods purchased from No Errors Sports through No-Errors.com are considered final sale and non-refundable.

A customized good includes any product that has been personalized, embroidered, printed, decorated, manufactured to order, or otherwise altered from its original condition or standard configuration. This includes, but is not limited to, products customized with:

• Team or organization logos
• Player names or numbers
• Custom artwork, colors, designs, or lettering
• Embroidery, printing, patches, or other decorations
• Product specifications selected or approved by the customer
• Any other alteration requested by the customer

Once payment for a customized product has been submitted through No-Errors.com, the order is considered confirmed and the product is no longer eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all product selections, sizes, colors, spelling, names, numbers, logos, artwork, quantities, and other customization details before completing their purchase or approving final artwork. No Errors Sports is not responsible for errors contained in information, artwork, or instructions submitted or approved by the customer.

Customized products may not be returned or refunded because of a change of mind, incorrect size selection, color preference, duplicate order, or an error in customer-provided or customer-approved information.

This policy does not limit any applicable No Errors Sports product warranty. Customers who receive an incorrect product or believe their customized product contains a manufacturing defect should contact No Errors Sports Customer Service. Any claim will be reviewed in accordance with the applicable warranty terms and supporting documentation may be required.

If No Errors Sports is unable to fulfill or ship an order, the customer will receive the refund or other remedy required by applicable law.

By purchasing a customized product through No-Errors.com, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the product is being produced or altered specifically for the customer and that the purchase is final and non-refundable, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
