First and foremost, thank you for being a No Errors customer.
We're just like you. We work hard, we play hard, and we care about the products we purchase and the money we invest in them. Every day, we strive to build products that we would proudly use ourselves and confidently recommend to our own family, friends, teammates, and fellow coaches.
Nearly every product we manufacture was born out of a real need. Our founder became frustrated with equipment that simply wasn't built to withstand the demands of serious baseball and softball players who spend more than 100 days a year on the field. Rather than accept the status quo, he decided to build something better. That's how No Errors was born.
More than two decades later, that same philosophy continues to guide every product we design. Before a product ever reaches the field, it must pass what we call the No Errors Pillar Test.
We ask ourselves:
- Is it durable enough to withstand the demands of dedicated baseball and softball players and coaches?
- Is it highly functional and capable of solving everyday challenges athletes face?

While No Errors may have started with one person's idea, it quickly became the work of an entire team. Our products are the result of countless hours of collaboration between manufacturing experts, material suppliers, engineers, professional players, coaches, sporting goods retailers, and passionate baseball and softball enthusiasts from around the world. Every person involved has contributed to creating the products that proudly carry the No Errors name.

If you ever experience an issue with one of our products, we want you to know that we take your claim seriously. We put just as much care into reviewing a warranty claim as we do into designing and manufacturing the product itself. We understand how disappointing it is when equipment doesn't perform as expected, and our goal is always to provide a fair, honest, and thorough review.
At the same time, we have a responsibility to protect all of our customers. Fraudulent warranty claims ultimately increase costs for everyone and make it more difficult to continue providing the premium products and customer service our loyal customers deserve.
