Every No Errors bag is backed by a 1-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects from the original date of purchase. We proudly stand behind the quality, durability, and craftsmanship of every bag we build.

Please understand that baseball and softball bags are subjected to significant abuse during everyday use. Although we rigorously test our bags, manufacturing processes, materials, and construction methods, bags can still become damaged when used outside their intended purpose. We routinely see bags from virtually every manufacturer being dragged on their sides, upside down, or across hard surfaces while traveling to and from practices and games. This type of misuse can cause unnecessary wear and damage.

We encourage players to care for their bag just as they would their glove, bat, or even an automobile. Dragging any bag on its side or upside down will likely result in scratches, abrasions, holes, zipper damage, and possible structural damage. Zippers are simply not designed to be dragged across concrete, asphalt, or other abrasive surfaces.

To help minimize damage, No Errors bags incorporate premium denier nylon fabrics, oversized self-lubricating zippers, heavy-duty thread, reinforced construction, protective rubber guards, and superior craftsmanship. While these premium features significantly improve durability, no bag can withstand prolonged misuse or negligent handling. Damage resulting from this type of use may not qualify for warranty coverage.

Every No Errors bag is handcrafted by skilled professionals. While we take tremendous pride in our quality control, we also recognize that manufacturing defects can occasionally occur. If they do, we're here to help. When you invest your hard-earned money in a No Errors bag, you can do so with confidence knowing we stand behind every product we build.

Our Guarantee

If any part of your No Errors bag becomes non-functional or defective due to a manufacturing defect within one year of the original purchase date, we will repair or replace it with the same product or, if unavailable, a comparable replacement at our discretion.

What Is Covered

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects during normal intended use, including:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Failures or breakages that render part or all of the bag non-functional due to a manufacturing defect.
  • Defective stitching or assembly.
  • Defective zippers, buckles, handles, telescoping handles, wheel assemblies, or other components resulting from a manufacturing defect.

What Is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Cosmetic blemishes, scratches, scuffs, stains, or discoloration that do not affect the bag's functionality.
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper storage, or intentional damage.
  • Damage caused by dragging the bag on its side or upside down, including scratches, rips, tears, holes, worn fabric, wheel damage, rubber guard wear, or zipper damage.
  • Zipper damage caused by metal cleats or spikes striking or rubbing against the zipper teeth.
  • Damage caused by sharp objects, including cuts or punctures from knives or box cutters while opening the package.
  • Modifications or alterations made after purchase.
  • Damage caused by accidents or circumstances outside of normal intended use.

Please note the phrase "non-functional or defective." Our warranty is intended to cover genuine manufacturing defects—not cosmetic wear that naturally occurs through regular use. In our opinion, a few scratches and scuffs simply show that you're serious about your game. However, if your bag experiences a legitimate manufacturing defect, we'll stand behind it.

Why One Year?

We know serious players put their equipment to the test. Based on our experience, true manufacturing defects typically reveal themselves within the first year of ownership—most often within the first one to three months. That's why we confidently offer a one-year manufacturer's warranty.

With proper care and normal use, there's no reason your No Errors bag shouldn't provide many seasons of dependable performance.

Warranty Rules

We've built our reputation on producing premium bags and delivering exceptional customer service, and we're committed to honoring that promise. In return, we simply ask our customers to use their equipment responsibly. Our warranty is not intended to cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or intentional abuse.

No Errors reserves the right to modify this warranty policy at any time without prior notice.

Warranty Claims Submitted During the Final Month of Coverage

Warranty claims submitted during the final 30 days of the warranty period may receive additional review. This policy helps us distinguish legitimate manufacturing defects from excessive wear or misuse that has occurred over an extended period. Our goal is to protect customers with valid warranty claims while helping keep warranty costs—and ultimately product prices—as low as possible for everyone.

Mandatory Warranty Claim Submission

All warranty requests must be submitted using our official Warranty Claim Form.

To ensure every claim is documented and reviewed fairly, No Errors does not initiate warranty claims through email, live chat, text messages, social media, or telephone conversations.

Please complete every required field and provide all requested photographs and documentation. Incomplete submissions may delay processing or result in your claim being denied.

Once submitted, all warranty communication will be handled through our warranty department.

Warranty Period

The warranty period begins on the original purchase date shown on your proof of purchase and expires 365 days later.

If your warranty claim is approved and a replacement bag is provided, the replacement bag does not receive a new one-year warranty. The replacement product remains covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you believe your No Errors bag has experienced a manufacturing defect during normal use within the one-year warranty period, please complete the Warranty Claim Form below.

Be sure to complete every required field, as incomplete submissions cannot be reviewed. Warranty claims typically require approximately 10 business days to process. Please note that holidays, peak seasons, or other unforeseen circumstances may extend processing times.

Every claim is reviewed by both our U.S.-based warranty team and our manufacturing team. This collaborative review process helps determine whether the issue resulted from a manufacturing defect or from circumstances outside normal intended use.

If your claim is approved, we will create a replacement order on your No Errors account at no charge. Whenever possible, you will receive the same product. If the original product is no longer available, we will contact you to discuss comparable replacement options.
