1-Year Manufacturer's Defect Guarantee
Every No Errors Webgem Glove Care System is backed by a 1-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects from the original date of purchase. We proudly stand behind the quality, durability, and craftsmanship of every Webgem we build.
What's Included
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal intended use, including:
- Webgem Glove Form: Cracking, peeling, or severe denting resulting from a manufacturing defect.
- Neoprene Storage Bag: Stitching failures or material defects resulting from the manufacturing process.
This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects that occur during the product's intended and normal use.
What's Not Included
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic blemishes or discoloration that do not affect product performance
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper storage
- Modifications or alterations made to the product
- Damage caused by accidents, improper handling, or circumstances outside of normal intended use

Every No Errors Webgem Glove Care System is engineered with durability, performance, and quality in mind because we know athletes rely on their equipment through countless hours of practice, training, and competition. That's why we use only premium materials to manufacture every Webgem glove form, paired with a high-quality, heavy-duty neoprene storage bag designed to help protect your glove, reduce moisture, and preserve its shape. We are committed to building products that perform season after season, but we also understand that unexpected issues can occasionally arise.
If you believe your Webgem glove form or neoprene storage bag has become compromised due to a manufacturing defect during normal use within the one-year warranty period, please complete the warranty claim form below. Be sure to complete every required field, as incomplete submissions cannot be reviewed. Once submitted, warranty claims typically require approximately 10 business days to process. Please note that holidays, peak seasons, or other unforeseen circumstances may extend the review time.
Each claim is carefully evaluated by both our U.S.-based warranty team and our manufacturing team at the factory. This collaborative review process helps us determine whether the issue is the result of a manufacturing defect or damage caused by circumstances outside of normal use. If your claim is approved, we will replace the defective component by creating a new order on your no-errors.com account at no cost to you. Whenever possible, you will receive the same product. If that product is no longer available, our team will contact you to discuss comparable replacement options.
