That's why we proudly stand behind our product with a 6-month or 20,000-swing warranty, whichever comes first.

Be sure to fill out every required field, as incomplete submissions cannot be reviewed. Once submitted, warranty claims typically take approximately 10 business days to process. Each claim is carefully evaluated by both our U.S.-based customer service team and our manufacturing team in Indonesia. This collaborative review process helps us determine whether the issue is the result of a manufacturing defect or damage caused by circumstances outside of normal use.
