The customer service provided by the representative at this company was stellar. They were more than accommodating while work with me. I took advantage of the demo program which really helped in making a decision on whether this was a good fit for my son. Even with the bat out of stock they were still able to figure out how to accommodate me as well as offering me a perk. Their warranty is as solid as their product.
We recently participated in the TRUE bat demo program and would give the experience 5 stars. Communication was quick and efficient with constant updates in regards to shipping and return timelines. TRUE provided follow up after our first demo and when I indicated the bat we requested was the wrong size, they offered to send the correct size to demo at no additional charge. Excellent communication and customer service were provided through both demo’s. The bat had great pop and is on our consideration list as we shop for next season. I would definitely recommend giving TRUE bats and their demo program a try.
