The bag is great but customer service is horrible. I have to constantly email like 5 times a day for them to contact me. I been trying to get my free backpack from purchasing the noerror 2 bag for 2 weeks now and nothing

We appreciate the 5 star review but are disappointed you feel you have had poor service. Our CRM system does not show 5 emails from your email address but we do show the two you sent along with our response on how you can still get the free bag.

We sent an email on September 11th and then resent our same email on September 14th. Here is the email below.

Thanks for the email. We can still do the free backpack but you would need to register and pay a $15 shipping and handling fee since your order already has already been pulled at the warehouse and has a tracking number. We unfortunately cannot stop the order since it has a tracking number.

If you would like to proceed we just let us know what color of RBP you would like and we can place the order manually and send you the invoice to pay online.

Great bag

My ten year old son loves his new bag. Finally a bag built for catchers and one that fits all his belongings comfortably. Hats off to NO E2 for nailing this bag!

Good for Gear

I really love the multiple compartments and shelves inside the bag. Lots of thoughtful detail in the design and fits most all of my gear well. A suggestion would be to have an extendable handle attached to the bat compartment as the bag is quite wide when full. So, it can be a bit difficult to walk and not have a leg bump the bag and cause some wobbling of the gear.
