The Load-N-Go Hitting System activates the neuromuscular system and strengthens the brain-to-muscle connection. Hitters will swing faster, stay sequenced and connected, and move more efficiently.

What's included:

3 Straps:

• Back Elbow Strap:Keeps your back elbow in the slot, eliminating casting. Reinforces bat path and builds consistency in your swing plane.

• Back Knee Strap: Stores energy from the ground and keeps the heel, hip, and knee connected, allowing proper hip rotation

• Front Foot Strap: Keeps your front foot connected to your forward move, preventing lunging, reaching, or stepping out

3 Resistance Bands:

• Separation Band: Promotes proper upper-body and lower-body separation, which is essential for generating bat speed and power.

• Lower-Half Band: Activates and strengthens the lower body to develop proper weight transfer, balance, & power while teaching hitters to control stride mechanics.
